Calendar overview

The Village calendar is designed to adapt to your specific viewing preferences. You can switch between:

• Calendar View: Includes month, day, and week views, allowing you to see the entire month or week at a glance or focus on a specific day.
• Resource View: Displays each resource as a column, enabling you to easily track their utilization and identify conflicts by viewing their assigned events.

You can view all your resources together or group them by type (staff, spaces, equipment).

You also have the option to create custom resource groups, allowing you to handpick which resources you want to include on the resource view. Learn how to create custom resource groups.
