If you would like your child (grade K-8) to learn or improve wrestling skills, we can help at our wrestling camp. &nbsp;Your child (boy or girl) can come in at any experience level and see if wrestling is interesting. &nbsp;If they like it, they can come in for more practices or even join the team in November.
Wrestling helps with body control, agility, and discipline. &nbsp;Wrestling as a sport is fun - and as part of a team, is even more fun - but it also shows benefits in other sports where additional body control and core-strength lead to improved results.
It's also a great physical activity for those inside weather days!
